MY PURPOSE
I’m an Artist with physical artworks and handmade items, and Espiritista who uses divination and my dones/gifts of talking to Spirits
to help people make decisions in their lives.
After 20+ years of doing this work, I have found that I need to have rules and regulations to enforce my boundaries
Artworks and Handmade
- I have the right to refuse service to anyone for anything, whether for your attitude, treatment of me, or demands made of me. Even if you have already purchased an item, I can refund and not serve you.
- For changes to your order, please contact saarmatoarts@gmail.com or through WhatsApp prior to shipping. No changes can be made to an order after it has been shipped or packaged with a printed label.
- I send a confirmation email with an invoice within 12-24 hours of purchase and will request any additional details for personalization either through email or a form to fill out. The 2nd email will confirm that the order is complete (with a picture of contents) and will include tracking and shipping information (USPS or FedEx has been the preferred carrier recently).
- All items are inspected both before and during packaging. If anything is damaged upon arrival, please email or message me on WhatsApp. If an item is lost or doesn’t arrive, please contact me via email at saarmatoarts@gmail.com to address it on a case-by-case basis for anything unusual.
Artworks
- Refunds on commissioned Art work must be BEFORE I start painting
- Original Artworks have signature and authentication certification
- Prints are created using outsourcing for better quality paper and ink- also come with Signature and print authentication number.
Handmade items
- Refunds on commissioned Handmade items must be BEFORE I create the item
- After ordering item(s) confirmation email 12-24hrs and form will be sent to fill out details
- Shipping includes lost or damaged I will contact UPS/FedEx/Post office to see for your status before any credit can be given or re-shipment of items Art works.
Readings
- Readings are not refunded after completion, because you do not like the outcome predicted.
- I do NOT read for anyone below 18 Years Old.
- If you are a parent I understand your interest in your younger children’s lives, Spirit sometimes will stop me though be aware.
- If child is above 18+ then Spirit will tell me Yes or No its allowed- will continue from there advice.
- I am a friend from a neutral perspective that can give counsel using my experience and my gifts to talk to your Dead and Spirits
- I am NOT a Certified Therapist, NOT a Psychologist, NOR Medical Psychiatrist- I do NOT give medical advice- I always recommend you go through medical doctors for advice of that kind.

Pre-order Readings
- Refunds on Spreads and Pre-Recorded reads must be BEFORE I record Voice or make Video, or type the Docx file
Appointment Readings
- If appointment arrives and I call via WhatsApp voice call or video call and you do not answer after 15minutes it is considered a no-show
- Must reschedule minimum 2hrs BEFORE appointment time
- You may reschedule twice (x2) an appointment reading
- After appointment rescheduled twice, I will recommend Pre-Recorded reading instead
- Refunds of Appointment readings given only 24hrs before scheduled time
Emergency Appointment Readings
- I do my best to contact you within 24hrs of your request via WhatsApp or Email
- Appointment will be scheduled within 48hrs (including the 24hrs of your request) based on my availability- usually I look for moved or cancelled appointment spaces or my breaks for time
- Emergency Appointments are not refundable
